Stephen is finance professional with experience in operations, shared services and transformation. He has in depth knowledge of shared services from strategy to execution. Hands on experience in both captive and outsourcing models. Stephen manages delivery of services by a BPO provider against the services agreement and drives harmonization across the process towers. He is responsible for ensuring the Control environment is maintained and certified. As Europe Record to Report Process Lead he identified and initiated projects to optimize and harmonize business processes. His experience spans consumer goods and pharmaceutical industries. Prior roles included management and technology consultancy specialising in process improvement, system specification and reviews, system implementations and project management.
