What are the types of SSON memberships available (and what does each entail)?
Associate Membership
The Associate Membership is our FREE membership level. Our associate members receive our regular (monthly) SSON Gateway e-newsletter PLUS the option to choose from 4 specialist e-alerts. Our associate members also have access to articles and the job site.
How do I become an Associate Member of SSON?
Premium Membership
Our premium Members have access to exclusive content discounts on SSON events and the Shared Services News Magazine which contains best practice case studies, strategies, lessons learned, member profiles, interviews, legislative reviews and much, much more.

How do I become an Associate Member of SSON?
Simply visit http://www.ssonetwork.com/AssociateMember.aspx and fill in your details (plus select which e-newsletters you wish to receive).
Once you have signed up, an acknowledgment email will be sent to you confirming your Associate Membership, your nominated subscriptions plus details on how do amend your subscription level.

How do I become a Premium Member of SSON?
Simply visit www.ssonetwork.com/register and fill in your details (Once you have filled in your details you can go back into the ‘My Account’ section and amend your subscriptions as you see fit).
Once you have signed up, an acknowledgment email will be sent to you detailing all your subscription details, your username and password, your start and expiry issue and all the contact information you need to get in touch with us about your subscription.

As the Shared Services News magazine is an exclusive member only publication, subscription is tied-in with the SSON Premium Membership. Simply visit www.ssonetwork.com/register and sign up for the SSON Premium Membership – your subscription to Shared Services News will be activated with your new SSON Premium Membership.

You will receive your first issue of Shared Services News on your desk in the month to follow your subscription date (your membership will be activated immediately granting you access to the Shared Services News online Archive) – please visit http://www.ssonetwork.com/Archive.aspx to find out more.

* For customers residing out of the United States, there is no VAT payable on magazine subscriptions. For Overseas orders, the price you pay will be dependant on the exchange rate of your credit card company and may fluctuate.

Existing SSON Memberships
How do I renew my subscription?
To renew an expiring or expired membership, simply click on the ‘My Account’ tab in the top navigation (http://www.ssonetwork.com/my_account_login.aspx):
- Members who are about to expire - log into your account and click the renew button, follow the prompts and click submit.
- Members who have already expired – from the login page, click the renew button, follow the prompts and click submit.
Alternatively you can email membership@ssonetwork.com that you wish to renew your account and a customer service representative will be in contact.

How can I find my username?
Only Premium Members have access to locked content on the SSON website thus only Premium Members require a username.
Currently your Username is the same as your nominated email address.

How do I change my account details?
Simply click on the ‘My Account’ tab in the top navigation (http://www.ssonetwork.com/my_account_login.aspx) and log into your account. You can now amend your existing details as you wish and click ‘save’ at the bottom of the page.
Alternatively you can email membership@ssonetwork.com and advise account changes.

How secure are my credit card details?
Rest assured all your details are safe with us. All transactions are performed on a secure web server.
All information you provide is encrypted (scrambled) using the industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology so that when you submit an order from the online form to our computer, nothing can be read as it travels down the secure line. Your details are then applied to our subscription system, which resides in a completely separate, unlinked area, away from our internet pages.
