SSON LAUNCHES THE FIRST SALARY COMPARISON PLATFORM FOR SHARED SERVICES PROFESSIONALS

Singapore, 9 September 2016 – The Shared Services & Outsourcing Network (SSON) has launched the SSON Salary Index today in conjunction with their data analytics subsidiary, Dart Institute. The SSON Salary Index is a platform targeted solely at shared services professionals that uses crowdsourced and proprietary data to provide accurate salary benchmarking.

Shared services professionals across different functions, including Finance & Accounting, Human Resources and Information Technology, will be able to benchmark their salary against their global peers, in relation to their experience, location and job scope. The platform also includes a city comparison function which allows users to compare average salaries for their position across various cities around the world.

The SSON Salary Index collects crowdsourced data which is used to auto-generate individual salary reports for users. The data also contributes to Dart Institute’s research into shared services salary trends around the world. All data submitted by users is kept strictly confidential and any findings from the data are reported at an aggregated level only.

To use the SSON Salary Index benchmarking platform, users may register at www.sharedservicesalaries.com.
