In a world that is rapidly changing , where everyday globally people are learning new and better ways of delivering processes and technology being part of the SSON online network is of tremendous value to share and learn from each other . More importantly being part of thought leadership forums, G8, interviews etc allows companies like Genpact who participate to lead the industry forward.
