Companies often lack the visibility into what best -in-class processes look like and, therefore, can be challenged with end-to-end process improvements. As a result, there are significant differences in value realization between leading companies and average performers. Specifically, in the Source to Pay (S2P) arena, it is critical to look at processes end-to-end — from spend analysis to accounts payable — to truly leverage the full benefits of sourcing and procurement operations.

Genpact presents a new paradigm which takes an enterprise level view of the source to pay processes and ties them to business outcomes enabling faster pay-back and increased performance.

Key learnings from this complimentary session include:

  • Primary differences in value realization between leading and average Performers
  • How companies can leverage structured methodology for improving business outcomes
