At Genpact, Jack utilizes strong change and program management skills to deliver complex and transformational business solutions in the source to pay and supply chain areas, providing visibility into how a client’s business units and P&L’s spend with suppliers across their enterprise, and how to better negotiate and manage that spend through proven compliance best practices and automation of processes.  Jack also has executive six sigma experience providing leadership to improve supplier performance and supplier management capabilities for the direct and indirect spend categories. Jack has a reputation of achieving above average savings by deploying Spend Under Management techniques including advanced strategic sourcing processes, implementing buying controls and compliance technologies, spend management solutions and business process outsourcing.  

Jack has deep domain experience in strategic sourcing and negotiation, procurement business transformation and e-procurement software implementation. His industry experience includes telecommunications, logistics, printing, automotive, high technology, consumer products, and tier one and two automotive suppliers. Jack has a Bachelor of Science with a major in Education and Industrial Technology from University of Wyoming and California University of Pa.
