I am the General Manager for Shared Business Systems (SBS), within the Department of Primary Industries Victoria. It’s a reasonably small operation with an annual turnover of $10 million. We support five Government agencies, pay approximately 9,000 staff and put several hundred million dollars through payables every year. We have 48 core staff and supplement our workforce with contractors when required.
