India Domestic BPO to grow 23% in 2011

Recent Gartner research predicts that the domestic Indian BPO market, will grow from $1.1.4 billion in year 2010, by 23% to $1.4 billion in 2011. It states that the boom in the market has been brought about by volumes in existing BPO engagements, clients expanding the scope of existing BPO relationships, and a host of new BPO deals. Slowdown in the US and Europe markets has also led to increased focus in the Indian BPO industry.
