In 2005, Naomi Secor began her career with SSON in New York City. There she produced and ran SSON’s US. events portfolio until 2008 at which time she expanded her role to SSON’s Global Events Producer. While still active in the shared services arena, Naomi built a portfolio of events under a newly created IQPC line of business.

As global leader of SSON, Naomi is responsible for the strategic direction and continuous growth of all SSON customer channels. That includes SSON events, SSON’s online portal, www.ssonetwork.com, and SSON’s research and data analytics centre, SSON Analytics. The latter now provides data-driven insights via access to interactive visual analytics reports and data tools. This feature help SSON members to answer questions about the industry’s constantly evolving landscape.

Naomi has spent her career developing cutting edge content, producing leading industry events, introducing new products, cultivating and nurturing business relationships with shared services leaders and partners and maintaining customer satisfaction. It is her priority to ensure that SSON lives up to its global mission statement and commitment to its customers. Heather King
Divisional Director, Shared Services and Outsourcing Network and Intelligent Automation Division

Heather King is Divisional Director of the Shared Services and Outsourcing Network (SSON) and the AI and Intelligent Automation Network (AIIA.net) in the Americas. These organizations conduct dozens of industry-leading B2B programs a year, including the largest Shared Services and Outsourcing event and the largest Intelligent Automation event in the world.

Heather joined SSON in 2013 and has overseen over one hundred Shared Services events within that time. She is responsible for ensuring SSON events cover the depth and breadth of the Shared Services universe, staying on the pulse of what’s happening right now and what is likely to happen in the foreseeable future.

With that goal in mind, she launched the first Intelligent Automation event for the Shared Services industry back in 2015, which has grown from twenty-five people to over 600 people in four short years and spawned half a dozen sister events across the country.

Cindy Gallagher
Liberty Source

Cindy Gallagher joined Liberty Source in 2018 as the company’s Chief Executive Officer. As a Navy spouse, she was one of the Company’s pioneers in 2014, establishing the onshore Business Process Outsourcing model as a competitive alternative to captive and offshore shared service centers. Prior to joining Liberty Source, she served as the SVP, Global Business Services Controller for Discovery Communications, and as the Deputy Controller and Assistant Treasurer for AOL.

Cindy was responsible for building, scaling and transforming the finance operations at both Discovery and AOL to meet the ever-expanding needs of the global marketplace. Most notably during her time at Discovery, the organization earned a designation among the top 20 most admired shared service organizations globally in 2017.

She has served as an advisor and partner to various senior executives, helping to identify new revenue generating business opportunities, streamline and scale global processes, implement talent development initiatives and maintain financial statement integrity.

Cindy began her career with SC&H Consulting providing best practice thought leadership and implementing process improvement initiatives for Fortune 100 clients. She is a licensed CPA, and is an active member of the advisory boards for both the SSOW North America and SSOW Europe. She has served as the Finance Chairman for a Virginia based non-profit, and holds a Master’s Degree in accounting from the University of Maine.
