Ed focuses on client-side use of technology as a conduit for business change, such as digital transformation, outsourcing, ERP, and other change intensive corporate programs.
Ed concentrates on issues-- including organizational change management, innovation drivers, value creation, and other relationship issues -- that are important to get right as early in the process as possible to provide the greatest probability of deal success.
