An engineering graduate in Electronics and a Management Post Graduate in Marketing, Somit has been a part of Wipro for the past 12 years. He has been an Operational leader managing Front office support for multiple Fortune 100 companies with a delivery team size of ~2500 resources, providing Technical support and Customer Support in the Front Office space.

Somit is a trained Six Sigma Black Belt and a COPC certified Facilitator. He is currently managing customer acquisition line of business for the Front Office practice as well as leading the Transformation team for the entire Front office for Wipro BPO that is focused on new solutions, tools, technologies and frameworks working to automate the Front Office Practice.
