Kathleen G.

Kathleen Brumme is a Manager for the BPO Strategy and Operations Organization, where she is a member of the founding HP BPO strategy team and has been instrumental in building out HP's Eastern European BPO capabilities. She has extensive experience helping global organizations define their strategies and optimize their operations.

Prior to HP, Kathleen was a Senior Manger in AT Kearney's Enterprise Services Transformation group. She led and managed projects related to shared services creation, expansion and improvement, as well as the building of commercial BPO operations in Eastern Europe and India. Prior to that, Kathleen was a Director at Gunn Partners where she specialized in shared services strategies and implementations for global customers. Kathleen also worked for Booz Allen & Hamilton where she provided strategic management consulting for Fortune 500 companies.
