Ajit Velu

Ajit is a Business Manager with multi-functional experience in multiple industries and countries. He is currently responsible for elevating the Customer Experience of GBS clients and end-users. This involves developing the customer experience vision & strategy, creating a customer centric culture and embedding customer focus at the operational level. He is also responsible for strategic customer experience projects, working directly with HP customers and channel partners to understand the outside-in perspective and elevate their experience and loyalty with HP. Previously at HP, Ajit held the post of Strategic Planning and Transformation Director for GBS EMEA.
Prior to HP, Ajit has worked in several countries and industries over the past 12 years – India, Singapore, US, Dubai – with companies ranging from Google to several start-ups in Dubai. Ajit’s areas of expertise include Strategic & Tactical Planning, Business Development, Sales and Operations Management, Process Management, Entrepreneurship / start-ups, Total Customer Experience, Customer Experience Strategy.
