Matt Willden is the Customer Experience Leader at Amazon, a position he has held for two years. He leads a global team driving measurement of internal customer experience for Amazon's HR Shared Services organization, which owns employee lifecycle, compliance, leave of absence/accommodation, & HR data quality. Matt manages team members in the US, Costa Rica, India, Czech Republic, and the UK.

Matt is driving the development of an Employee Experience Dashboard capturing objective and subjective indicators of HR shared service delivery to employees and managers worldwide, and is also a certified trainer for Amazon’s “Making Great Hiring Decisions” global interviewer training program.
