Jon Bell

A chartered accountant with 29 years of experience within F&A and technology solutions, Jon has held a variety of CFO, CTO and CIO positions for global organizations. During his twelve-year career in Capgemini’s Business Services, Jon has been Engagement Executive for SKF, Stora Enso, Coca-Cola, Unilever, a Multinational Packaging Company, and a US Logistics Services Company. Jon was a leading architect of Capgemini BPO’s patent-protected Global Process Model© (GPM) and has contributed to the development of the extended Global Enterprise Model© (GEM). From 2010 to 2012, Jon led the Global BPO Tools and Technology team as Chief Technology Officer for Capgemini Business Services, and drove the strategy for platform BPO offerings including IBX Smart Cloud, Webcollect, Trintech and BPOpen®.

Since 2015 Jon has been Head of Global Delivery Network for Business Services, managing our delivery centers, delivery excellence and global transition team.

Jon is a graduate of the University of Liverpool, with a BA in Political Theory and Institutions, and is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.
