Richard Slater

Richard has been with Novartis for 19 years and has held various Finance operations and process excellence roles. Currently, he is the GSO for P2P, focusing on the operational and IT system architecture to drive Novartis to the 4th Generation digitization and automation. Prior to Novartis, he worked at Hewlett Packard and Agilent Technologies in roles that involved global change management and process excellence. He has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Nazareth College and a Master’s from Cornell University
