In my role as P2P Global Process Owner, I work closely with regional SSC Ops Managers and AP & PtP Managers to identify, plan and develop strategy for the PtP stream. I collaborate with Managers and senior Managers from Purchasing, Controlling, IS and Treasury to identify customer needs and drive activities to improve the AP and PtP process. This allows me to define policies, controls and other activities in Accounts Payable and ensure they are consistent with the GSSO mission and the company strategy.
