Tjendra HALIMA is the Chief Financial Offical and Regional Finance Director of Schneider Electric Power System Division covering multiple countries in North East Asia and Central East Asia. He is an Executive MBA and hold BSc in Computer Science and BA in Accounting from the University of North Carolina in Charlotte, USA.

During his 22-years (1997- Current) career in Schneider Electric, he has been posted as country Chief Financial Officer and Regional Head of Finance in Indonesia, Singapore, Hongkong, South Korea, Vietnam, Thailand and Japan. He has a well-rounded strategic and operational finance experience spanning from R&D, manufacturing, distribution center, commercial operation and business unit to regional head office. 

He has been a speaker and panelist in many CFO forums and summits to share his knowledge and experience, best practices and insights, case studies and transformation strategies that help finance leaders to step up and stay relevant in the current fast changing business world.
