Orchestrating Financial Performance with Connected Planning for Telcos

22 July 2021 | Online | 11:00am – 12:00am (Singapore time)

In an era of ongoing disruption, it’s never been more critical for Communications Service Providers (CSPs) to be able to orchestrate complex financial and operational planning, intelligently forecast the biggest picture, and empower teams to make decisions faster. Traditional planning processes are siloed, slow and can be error-prone, making it difficult for CSPs to operate with the agility and flexibility the market demands.

CSPs are looking to connect people, data and plans to synthesize and generate continuous crucial insights in a dynamic and real-time manner.

Artificial intelligence and machine-learning technologies facilitates rapid, ongoing planning while factoring in signals and drivers from both inside and outside of the company for continuous forecasting and scenario planning. This gives the CSPs much needed visibility to become agile and resilient and empower teams to make better decisions based on collaborative insights.

Join this dynamic roundtable to discuss with global and local experts on how Telcos can implement connected planning for profitability, CAPEX and network programs.

You will leave with an understanding of:

  • How to get to measure ‘true’ customer and product profitability to guide business decisions
  • How to improve return on invested capital through optimised, transparent capital planning
  • How to create a “command center” and accelerate network rollout projects
  • Examples of how leading telecom operators have implemented connected planning
