Vice President, Global Business Services ABB

Srinivasan Ram is currently the Vice President of Global Business Services for ABB.

He is leading the Procure-to-Pay Service Delivery & Transformation for GBS and is also globally responsible for Customer Order Management and is based out Bangalore, India. Since joining ABB GBS, he has held several leadership positions globally and regionally. Amongst these were globally leading the Transformation for ABB GBS for Procurement function and Regional Head of Service delivery for both North America & AMEA region including managing two GBS Hubs, one based out of Bangalore, India & San Luis Potosi, Mexico. Prior to ABB, he has held various leadership positions in organizations like Accenture Services, Infosys Ltd, Serco (erstwhile captive of Barclays Bank), handling large scale Transformation divestiture for various clients with a P&L responsibility of close to 150MUSD and an employee base of over 2000+. In all these organizations he has been instrumental in implementing robust transformational change programs with a key focus on Global Delivery Model, Shared Service Setup, Business Transformation and Acquisitions & Integrations.

Srinivasan Ram holds a Master’s degree in Computer from the university of Chennai, India and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) & Black Belt.
