The HR Shared Services & Outsourcing team is back after our post-conference recovery period. We want to thank everyone for celebrating our 25th Anniversary with us and for making the conference a success. Below are some highlights from our 25th Anniversary. 

25th Anniversary Recap

Celebrating in Chicago with 100+ people attending, this year’s conference was yet another success! A very special thank you to our sponsors: Deloitte, PeopleDoc, Neocase, ServiceNow, ISG and ScottMadden. 

We tried some new things this year that got a lot of positive feedback, we're excited to work these into our future programs. This year for our special celebration, we introduced "Real World Scenarios," our attendees really enjoyed this as it gave them the opportunity to sit down and brain storm with their peers to come up with a solution to the hypothetical scenario. Back by popular demand, were our Interactive Discussion Groups and new this year- our ThoughtExchange round tables. 

We're looking forward to working ThoughtExchange into our future programs. This platform allowed participants to share their biggest concerns, problem areas, thoughts -pun intended and any advice they may have for others.

With more and more executives joining us, we're making sure to come up with new and interactive sessions for all to partake in for October. 

Our celebration continued in the evenig of Day 1 with a cocktail reception and of course we had to have mimosas the next morning! 

We also had some insightful feedback on what we can improve for next time. Moving forward, HR Shared Services will have many more interactive sessions, ample networking time, and much more!
