Angie Wilen is the Director of HR Innovation at Freddie Mac.  

In her current HR role, she is tasked with exploring emerging trends and HR preparedness for the evolving needs of the future workforce. With over a decade of experience in human resources, she has held roles in talent acquisition, executive search, culture change, employee relations, HR business partnership, and most recently in HR innovation. She holds a B.S. in Financial Economics from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and a Masters in Human Resources from Georgetown University. Additionally, she is a certified executive coach and she holds certifications in PROSCI change management, SPHR, and SHRM-SCP.
