Ashley is curious and has a natural inclination for efficiency. Her background in the hard sciences has honed her analytical and problem solving skills and her background in education has helped her to showcase data in a way that is easy to understand. She has learned how important it is to track data, use it to tell a story and leverage it to answer questions and continuously improve.

At Express Scripts, Ashley has helped to launch the HR Services team from the ground up with a focus on processes, technology, data and reporting. Ashley and her family recently relocated to Phoenix, AZ. When not working, Ashley and her husband, Tyler, enjoy hiking and exploring the town with their almost one year old son, Jack.
