With over a decade of experience in the HR communications and change management field, Christine has a passion for leading people and teams through change. After her service in the U.S. Army Reserve which included a deployment to Iraq, she started her career working for a global manufacturer where she led a wide variety of complex change management initiatives including a major HR digital transformation initiative and several plant consolidations. Now with Kohler Co., Christine continues to serve her business partners as a certified Prosci Change Management Practitioner. Christine holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications/PR and is Green Belt Six Sigma certified.
