Courtney Usmani is HR professional that has been in the Shared Services world for several years. Her degree is in Business Management from Bowling Green State University where she got her first taste of HR in a role she held on campus which helped shaped her specialization in Human Resources. For the past 6 years, she has been with Safelite AutoGlass and is currently the People Direct Manager, which is the Shared Services team within her organization.
