Devon Byrne is the Senior Director of Human Resource Administration and Compliance for Ulta Beauty where she leads Benefits, Compensation, Compliance, Associate Relations and the HR Shared Service Center. Devon has spent the majority of her career in retail operations and human resource and compliance roles for Gap, Inc. and Ulta Beauty. Additionally, she teaches HR and business related courses at the Quinlan Graduate School of Business at Loyola University-Chicago as well as with Southern New Hampshire University’s Graduate School of Business.
