Donna Goldstein is the Vice President, HR Services for Citrix Systems. Donna leads Citrix’s HR functions in the areas of shared services, employee relations, HRIS, corporate citizenship, employee engagement, program management and M&A.

Donna has over 25 years of progressive HR experience and has held leadership positions in Corporate and Consulting roles at A.J. Gallagher, Openwave, and ABD. Donna earned a B.S. in Business with a focus on HR Management. When not in the office, you can find Donna spending time with her family, wine tasting, and traveling (mostly to her favorite tropical getaway on Maui).
