Joe has been with UPS for 30 plus years and currently holds the position of Vice President of Human Capital.

He is responsible for providing strategic and tactical HR support globally for a GBS environment. 

Beginning his UPS career in operations in Central Florida, Joe has spent the majority of his career as an HR Generalist with various rotations in workforce planning, health and safety, employee relations, talent development, compliance and global total rewards. Prior to his current role, Joe was the Vice President of Global Benefits where he was responsible for global health care and pension plans.  He has also previously held the following director level positions; Director of International HR Operations, Director of Global Mobility, Director of Global Leadership College, and Director of HR for UPS Small Package. 

Joe received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida along with post graduate studies in Human Resource Development from Webster University and has completed advanced management programs at INSEAD.
