SPHR certified with dual MBA / Masters in HR Management, Kelly Timpane is an award winning and peer recognized HR executive. Recipient of the Executive Management Award from SmartCEO magazine in 2015 and the "Game Changer" award from Workforce Management in 2012, Kelly has over twenty years' experience in HR Operations, Total Rewards and the "Techy-Nerdy Parts of HR". A relative newcomer to the Biotech/Pharma space, Kelly's expertise is in leading HR departments and streamlining HR Operations at small, medium and large Technology organizations. Having grown up in Government Contractor organizations, she has a keen eye for regulatory compliance and likes her data to "tell a story". Kelly now serves as the Corporate VP HR for Precision Medicine Group and is currently working to streamline HR Operations processes and enhance the overall employee experience across the organization and its subsidiary companies.
