Melissa Martin is the Senior Director of Global Employee Relations and EEO Compliance at Citrix Systems, Inc. Prior to Citrix, she held multiple HR positions at Kaplan Inc. Her last position at Kaplan was Executive Director of HR. Throughout her time at Kaplan, Melissa was a senior member of the HR leadership team, and oversaw HR Operations, Employee Relations, high volume Recruitment and Onboarding Operations. Previously, Melissa has held HR positions with Kemper National Services as well has owned a Yacht Charter and Sailing School in Florida. She has also worked in the Accounting field at Right Management and private accounting firms. Melissa earned a BBA from The University of Texas at San Antonio, and a masters in Conflict Facilitation and Organizational Change. When Melissa is not at work, she is more than likely traveling the globe. She has two grown sons, and has determined that at this time, she will not sell them to the highest bidder
