Phil Searle is the Founder and CEO of Chazey Partners, which is a management consulting firm that provides expert business advisory and transformation services, including implementation of shared services.  


Phil founded Chazey Partners ten years ago, in 2006. Phil is a globally recognized expert in business transformation, shared services, offshoring, and outsourcing, covering both the private and public sectors.  He is a regular speaker, judge and chairperson at numerous events around the globe.  He has written many articles on these subjects.
Phil was granted an O1 Visa status by the US government in 2008, which then resulted in his gaining accelerated Green Card status in 2009 through the EB1 Extraordinary Ability Green Card program.  The Canadian Federal Government also first issued him with a C10 Visa in 2009 (renewed periodically since then); this visa is only granted where there is “Significant Benefit to Canada” as per regulations.
Prior to his current work, Phil was Group Vice President and CFO of Cendant TDS’s International Markets Division.  Prior to Cendant, Phil was VP Finance and Corporate Controller at 3Com Corporation.  Here he headed the Corporate Controller Function and the Worldwide Shared Finance Services team.  
He trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) in the UK with KPMG.  He has a BA Honours Degree in Economics from the University of Exeter and is also a member of Financial Executives International (FEI).
