Bio:
Mrs. Smith recently joined the senior leadership team at Google as Director of Program Management in Core Experience.
Prior to joining Google, Bridgette led multiple robust and rapid acceleration business initiatives in multiple senior leadership roles at Sensormatic Solutions by Johnson Controls, a $1 billion enterprise. During her tenure as Global Head of Solution Lifecycle Portfolio Management Office, a best in class enterprise PMO she built from the ground up, she collaborated with cross functional leaders to construct the business case and framework, designed the end-to-end GTM product lifecycle best practices and benchmarks, lead digital transformation, served as architect for the PMO maturity model and governance model, custom configured the company’s PPM SaaS cloud solution, implemented scalable and harmonized templates across 150 countries and implemented organizational KPIs (aka OKRs) and business scorecards. Results from this ground breaking effort include a significant leap in the company’s GTM say-do ratio for its $96.6M+ revenue generating product portfolio and a double digit increase in YoY revenue. In parallel to this accomplishment, Bridgette served as Senior Director of Global Transformation for several high profile global initiatives and was appointed Chief of Staff working in tandem with the President of the Inventory Intelligence (aka RFID) retail business where she managed global operations and contributed to the impressive $230 million revenue growth spurt through end-to-end process re-engineering and optimization, strategic execution and transformation across all regions and targeted tier one accounts.
As a high performing management consultant and servant leader for the last 20 years, she has partnered with some of the world’s largest companies to include GE Healthcare, Discover, Mylan Pharmaceuticals, United Airlines, Fidelity, SC Johnson, Northwestern Mutual, Alliant Energy, Manpower and Rockwell Automation.
In addition to her career journey, Bridgette is also a current scholar at Harvard Business School and Yale School of Management and has earned certifications in Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Project Management, Product Management and Cloud Computing.
Along with being an influencer, inspirational speaker, mentor and mom, she is also publishing her first book later this year.
She currently resides in the Bay Area with her husband and son.
