Stefano Dell’Orto (Past Speaker)

Stefano Dell’Orto has an extensive experience, both as consultant, project director and manager, in transforming businesses and operations through digitization, digital transformation, offshoring and outsourcing in several industries facing disruption and cost-pressure such as Telecom, Steel, Transportation and Utilities. His focus in the most recent years has been building up a service center in Eastern Europe and offshore operations to the location as well as the whole process of outsourcing operations to an external provider managing the whole process from business analysis to running the tender to transition. Stefano holds a M.Sc. in Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and an MBA from INSEAD.
