Team Leader, Shared Transaction Centre (STC) The University of AucklandChrystel Viljoen joined The University of Auckland in November 2015 as a Team Lead in the Shared Transaction Centre to help improved invoices processing, supplier set up process and customer service experience.
The most rewarding part since she joined The University of Auckland has been being involved in the project replacing the PeopleSoft Travel and Expense module, followed closely by streamlining the processes introducing Robotic Process Automation.
The best part of what she does is being involved with Continuous Improvement projects and staff development.
