Minhaz is the Director North America Finance Shared Services at McKesson. He oversees and manages multiple teams of diversified shared services accounting professional comprising of Corporate, Payroll, Benefit, Inter-company, Technical and Transition Service Agreement Accounting; oversees accounting, analysis, reporting and preparation of financial statements & management reports for Corporate Business Unit explaining variances and to ensure compliance with US GAAP; maintains internal controls to support the control environment in accordance with SOX and company requirements. He has also assisted with the transition accounting for a multi-billion-dollar businesses spin off, and with the review and implementation of a large finance transformation agreement with consultants and outside service providers. Minhaz has led the setup of accounting and audit of a $100M Foundation. He is actively engaged in assisting with the implementation of credit loss accounting standard (CECL).
