With increasing student expectations and constant funding cuts, shared services are transforming their operating models to introduce efficiencies and subsequently improve experiences for both students and staff. However, this can pose a multitude of challenges in complex operating environments which are often resistant to change.

Born out of 22 years of SSOW Australia and part of the SSON network, the inaugural Shared Services for Higher Education Summit 2019 has been specifically designed to address these challenges.
