Ekaterina is an executive change manager with 10 years' experience in managing national and global scale transformation programs.

For over 8 years she worked for a Big 4 company in the Change Management Consulting. After 4 years as Leader of Change management Consulting in CIS region Ekaterina has joined Shared Service Centre of the world's largest nickel and palladium producer as the Change Management Director where she currently works.

Ekaterina’s project portfolio includes strategic changes as well as operational and organisational transformations in 6 industries: Retail, Telecommunications, Financial markets, Mining and Metals, Chemicals, and Healthcare.

She has lead change efforts for Shared Service implementations, IT systems and digital solutions implementations, business strategy implementation, organizational structure and business process changes.

 Ekaterina believes that support people to get ready for change is a key element of success for organizations in transformation’s era. She is determined to expand Change Management awareness in Russia and CIS. She has multiple publications in Harvard Business Review and Russian Business Consulting magazines and TV, she is a speaker at a number of MPA and MBA programmes, as well as regularly holds change management workshops with the professional community. Ekaterina has a degree in International Economics from Russian University of Economics. She also holds Change Management certifications from Harvard and PROSCI.
