AI Research Scientist and Incubation Manager Microsoft

Oren Elisha is a principal scientist at Microsoft’s R&D center in Israel, leading an AI driven incubation team that builds a solution that improves business workflows on several Microsoft platforms. The main scenario supported by the incubation is adaptive categorization of incoming messages in business centers, along the entire process lifecycle. The automatic and adaptive categorization, powered by AI, ease and reduce operators and agents’ manual work, as well as provide center managers with self-customized analytics for decision making.


Prior to joining Microsoft in 2017, Oren had been working and leading AI/ML projects in various companies and start-ups such as GE, IAI, Tiltan and TechnoSTAT. He is an active AI researcher, holding a PhD in applied mathematics from Tel Aviv University and serves as a lecturer at the University’s engineering faculty.
