Gavin is the Vice President and Head of Global Business Services for AECOM, responsible for Shared Services across AECOM global network, spanning 150 countries and 87,000 employees. Scope includes Finance, HR, Legal, Audit, Marketing and Communication and other Administration and Corporate functions serviced from 6 strategic locations across the globe.

In addition to his GBS responsibilities, Gavin also leads AECOM’s Global Transformation programs responsible for implementing new operating models across SG&A functions pairing with GBS strategy.

Prior to Gavin’s current role he held various leadership roles within shared services as well as lead an array of mergers and acquisition, transformation and change management Projects. Gavin prides himself on building high performance teams and enjoys leading transformational change. Gavin is on the advisory board for SSON, participating regularly in SSON events, holds a degree in Business, is a member of CPA Australia and has studied an advanced Diploma in GBS with CIMA and Hackett Group.
