And when have we seen more stark problems than during the pandemic? However, a bright spot in the pandemic has been for GBS leaders who have been able to prove that innovation runs rampant through their organizations, allowing their businesses to be agile and thrive in the toughest of times. This agility is proving to executive leadership that GBS is an innovation incubator. According to the SSON Analytics 43 percent of Shared Services organizations rank agility as the biggest priority, the ability to rise to any challenge is highly valued.
