Robert has a passion for leading organizational transformation, with a focus on shared services. He’s led work analyzing, designing, implementing, and improving shared services both in a consulting role, and a team leader. After starting his career in the Ontario Public Service, he worked for several years in strategy consulting with Deloitte, both in Canada and Australia, designing shared services for multiple government departments and private organizations. In 2016 he led Canadian Blood Services through the final planning, transition, and launch of their multi-function integrated HR, Payroll, and Finance Shared Services team. In 2018 he took on a new role as Associate Vice President, Continuous Improvement at Canadian Tire, leading transformation activities across the Finance and Shared Services teams.
