We wanted to give a big thank you to all of our attendees who joined us out in San Jose for the 2nd Annual Shared Services & Outsourcing Week Autumn event. Without dedicated professionals like you the event wouldn’t be what it is today! While we were sad to see the event end, we are excited to embark on our 2019 journey. We listened to your feedback and studied the current state of the industry to construct our best program yet. We invite you to take a look back on our 2018 event and see our sneak peak at what's ahead for 2019!
Take a look at the titles and organizations that have already
signed up to attend the event this September! Don't miss out on the opportunity to meet face-to-face with these decision makers.
The past couple of years have shown a clear trend away from
transactional, human-based work and towards knowledge-driven activity
enabled by data and automation. Yet, and despite the anxiety unleashed

and taking on growth without adding headcount by expanding into new
services and geographies.
