Jami has over 20 years’ experience in leadership and the IT industry. Prior to her current role, she led operations for Cisco’s Technical Support organization where she oversaw a significant portion of Cisco’s customer support volume and was a key contributor to Cisco’s long-term partner and technical support strategies.
She is a strong advocate for talent development and a passion for a diverse work environment where all people can be productive in their work.
Her proven successes include strategic planning and elevating team performance through change management; leading key transformational initiatives such as a move to a Net Promotor model, successfully scaling delivery operations while improving customer experience, and building deep business partnership in a highly complex global environment.
She is currently on the Advisory Board for Moxie Exchange Movement, a national woman’s leadership organization. She has her B.A. from University of Washington.
