●Self-identified solutions to improve performance and reduce costs, aligned with market benchmarking 

●Support and administrate BPAPE systems, for both NAPC and non-NAPC businesses, while providing solution enhancement recommendations , based on market best practices 

●Perform situational assessments and recommendations for departments currently not supported by BPAPE
