Monica Ward (Past Speaker)

Monica Ward is the Director of Payroll and Benefits Services at Service New Brunswick.  She is responsible for the payment of wages to 14,000 civil servants in 28 Department and Agencies, as well as pension payments to over 33, 000 retired public Servants.  She has held this role since 2010 first in the New Brunswick Internal Services Agency (NBISA) and now in the amalgamated Service New Brunswick.  Prior to this Monica was she was a member of the Core program team which was mandated to deliver a shared services agency for internal services, where she was  the Change Management lead for the massive transformation of services.  Monica’s background is in Human Resources and Change Management.
