Shiva has experience working both in local hospital settings, as well as operating as a Shared Service provider in a variety of disciplines including Finance, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Technology Management, and Human Resource Management.  Aligning her business goals to help increase her business valuation year over year is a key aspect of her strategic plan. She has successfully designed and implemented a variety of call-centres and measurement systems to help improve customer service in a variety of setting, meanwhile looking at opportunities to increase operational excellence in alignment.
