12:25 PM Be a Bridge Rather than an Island: Ensuring Your SSO Keeps the Peace with the Lines of Business

Higher Education’s faculty-driven decision-making hierarchies present challenges to shared services organizations as they work to establish and sustain their governance infrastructures. It’s even more crucial for SSOs in this industry to be sensitive to stakeholder concerns and work to build trust, while proving their worth. In this panel, leaders will discuss:

·        How can SSOs give back to the business as they take things away?

·        What are strategies to help maintain culture not just in the SSO, but in the entire business?
