Lee Coulter is a change leader with expertise in shared services, outsourcing, and technology developed over nearly 30 years in leadership positions in companies including General Electric, AON, Kraft Foods, and Ascension, the nation’s largest non-profit health system.

Coulter is Senior Vice President of Ascension and Chief Executive Officer of its shared services subsidiary, the Ascension Ministry Service Center.

Coulter is chairman of the Working Group on Standards in Intelligent Process Automation for the IEEE, the world’s largest technical professional organization. He is also the Chief Intelligent Automation Officer for the Shared Services Outsourcing Network. Additionally, he serves in advisory roles for HfS Research, the World ITO/BPO Forum, and the Frontier Strategy Group. Coulter is a member of Abundance 360, a group of entrepreneurs committed to utilizing and advancing technologies.
