Kevin McDorman

Vice President, Finance Business Operations AT&T

Kevin is the Vice President of Finance Business Operations. In this role, he is responsible for strategy and modernization across AT&T. He leads the accounts payable, credit strategy/policy, collections strategy/policy, payment remittance, risk management, global commissions, global customer payments and global payroll teams supporting greater than $20 billion. His team is also delivering the modernization of the AT&T Finance data and technology platforms. He was appointed to this position in February 2019.

Since beginning his career as a sales representative in 2002, Kevin has held various leadership positions throughout AT&T. Most recently, he served as the assistant vice president of finance modernization, where he led enterprise transformation initiatives including expense optimization, supply chain synergy, call center and labor strategy. These initiatives cultivate an enterprise-wide strategic framework for customer choices and capability through data and technology.

Kevin has extensive experience leading teams in strategy, data and technology, and the related operational implementation. He is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt who is sought after as a champion for change and process simplification.

Kevin serves on the AT&T Executive Diversity and Inclusion Council as well as a board member for Ignite Mindshift, a non-profit with a mission to inspire, enable, and accelerate the fulfillment of life goals specifically targeting underserved youth. He is a mentor and member of the AT&T Women of Finance organization and enjoys being a champion of talent. His mantra: Don’t be a leader; be a Gravitational Leader. People should naturally seek you out, not just for what you do, but also how you do it. Upon receiving his Bachelor of Science in Business Management with an emphasis on Human Resources, Kevin furthered his education with a Master of Business Administration with a focus on International Finance.

Residing in Dallas, Kevin and his family are avid animal lovers and enjoy volunteerism.
