Rolando Alvarez is Kimberly Clark’s GBS leader for Latin America.  He is responsible for leading the largest GBS site for Kimberly-Clark of 450+ employees responsible for delivering Finance and Accounting (F&A), Taxes, HR and Procurement services for Latin America, North America and EMEA. 

Rolando has 20 years of experience in Finance and Supply Chain.  Other K-C experiences includes GBS Leader for Continuous Improvement (CI) and Project Management Office where he led global teams to deliver value-focused transformational initiatives and build operational capabilities.  Prior to joining K-C, Rolando was Management Consulting Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers (USA) specializing in Finance and Supply Chain, primarily in the Energy, Technology and CPG sectors.  

Rolando holds an MBA (Tulane University, Freeman School) and M.S. Engineering Mgmt. (Washington University in St. Luis).  He has a B.A. in Finance and Economics (Austin College) as well as a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering (Washington U.).  He is certified in Six Sigma, Lean (Shingo), Change Mgmt. (Prosci), and Supply Chain (APICS).
